How leadership coaching works

Are your leaders burning out, quitting, or sticking around but unhappy and poorly engaged?

Today's education leaders are under unprecedented strain as they struggle with tight budgets, the pandemic, labor relations, politicization, and much more.

With your organization's goals and student needs in focus, our leadership coaching experts help your people with their specific workplace challenges. Along the way, we also teach them skills to achieve fulfillment, work-life balance, and career advancement.

Although this sort of support can happen within your organization, we've found that people mentored by outside coaches engage more authentically, honestly, and successfully – which ultimately benefits your organization in the future.

Thank you for allowing me to find joy in the job again.

Kris created a comfortable space that encouraged a healthy analysis of my work through an asset-based approach. Through this work, I was able to identify the small and large everyday tasks that “filled my bucket,” as well as build confidence in the work I was doing. I felt much more relaxed, free to trust my instinct in the workplace, and in the right headspace to coach and support my fellow educators.
